1.1. Service Cancellation by Client
- Notice Period: Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the desired termination date. This notice must be sent to our customer service email at support@teckdossier.com.
- In-progress Services: If services are in progress at the time of cancellation, work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed, and any unearned prepaid fees will be refunded according to the refund policy below.
- Non-refundable Services: Certain services, such as ad placements, media buys, and third-party service costs, are non-refundable once executed. These will be clearly indicated in the service agreement.
1.2. Service Cancellation by Teckdossier
- Violation of Terms: Teckdossier reserves the right to cancel services immediately if the client violates the terms of service or engages in activities that may harm our business reputation or operations.
- Refunds: In cases where Teckdossier cancels services for reasons other than a client’s violation of terms, a pro-rata refund will be provided for any unused portion of prepaid services.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Prepaid Services: Clients are eligible for a refund of any unused portion of prepaid services, excluding non-refundable services, provided the cancellation notice is received at least 30 days in advance.
- Monthly Services: For services billed on a monthly basis, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining days in the billing cycle after the effective cancellation date.
2.2. Refund Process
- Request Submission: Clients must submit a written request for a refund to support@teckdossier.com. The request should include the client’s name, account details, and the reason for the refund.
- Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
2.3. Non-refundable Fees
- Setup and Consultation Fees: Any fees paid for initial setup, consultations, or assessments are non-refundable.
- Third-party Costs: Fees for third-party services, including but not limited to advertising costs, media buys, and software subscriptions, are non-refundable once incurred.

3.1. Force Majeure
- In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen events, Teckdossier will make reasonable efforts to continue services. However, no refunds will be provided for interruptions caused by such events.

- Clients are encouraged to contact our customer service team to resolve any issues or disputes regarding cancellations and refunds. We are committed to finding a fair and reasonable resolution.
